The Campbell town board has a special meeting tonight…aimed at discussing charges against Chief Tim Kelemen in closed session. Town attorney Brent Smith says a commission probably will be chosen to decide any discipline against the chief. Do the commission members have to come from outside the town of Campbell?
Tea party protesters are suing the town because of an ordinance aimed at blocking them from demonstrating on a footbridge above I-90. Kelemen is accused of using computers to harass one of the protest organizers.
