Timmy Johnson Junior of Dubuque is suspected of stealing the taxi from Merle Forbes of Platteville, and taking Forbes with him to La Crosse.  Police here learned the car was stolen, and followed Johnson at speeds up to 150 miles an hour before he crashed on June 13th.  Forbes was declared dead after the crash.  Johnson could get nearly 20 years on each of three counts of reckless endangerment if he’s convicted, and he’s been ordered to get a competency exam before his next hearing.  Meanwhile, the funeral service for Forbes is scheduled for Saturday in Platteville.
