La Crosse Hosting Big GREAT Training
La Crosse might not be the hub of gang activity in the nation. But for today, the city plays host to gang resistance officers from all over the nation. 26 Gang Resistance and Education Training–or, GREAT–program officers come to the city from 13 states for a training session.
