Vote Could Lead to Parklets in La Crosse

lets.  Parklets are in-the-street seating areas situated in parking spaces and meant to encourage pedestrian traffic, add a spark to business, provide a space for outdoor entertainment among other things.  The city’s board of public works votes today on a pilot program to begin adding parklets.  The plan is to start with five and go from there.
