Augustine Death Ruled Accidental Drowning

The ruling is accidental drowning…

That’s what La Crosse police and the county medical examiner believe caused the death of Shalim Augustine.  His body was found in the Black River on Friday night, three days after he was seen walking in north La Crosse.  Toxicology reports will be completed in a few weeks.
