Johnson Pleads Not Guilty To Charges In Theft Of Dead Man’s Taxi

Timmy Johnson Junior of Dubuque pleads ‘not guilty’ to three counts of reckless endangerment, and to stealing a taxi cab from Grant County.  The cab’s owner, Merle Forbes, was found dead in the trunk after the vehicle crashed near Holmen on June 13th.  Johnson is not yet charged in connection with Forbes’s death.  The car reportedly was stolen in Grant County.
