Study Underway Could Identify Millions in Needed Storm Water Repairs
Flooding problems may someday get erased in La Crosse. At least a new study seeks solutions for the city’s storm water run off issues. But that’s a whole bunch of work. And a whole lot of money, says water utility manager, Mark Johnson
Half of that money would come from the city’s water utility fees. Half from the city budget. The hope is that any street repairs would occur at the same time crews are digging down under the streets to replace huge sections of drainage pipe.
