Library Board Changes Won’t Happen Instantly
The fallout from the fight over libraries in La Crosse have some hoping for new faces on the library board. A little change could be a good thing, says city council member Andrea Richmond, who also sits on a special library task force. She says new library board members might be better able to accept some possible changes. Like merging the city and county library systems
The mayor makes all of the appointments to the library board. Currently, there are two appointments that could be either renewed or filled with new people.
