La Crosse County Home Sales Rebounding, Still Short of Last June

Not quite back to last year’s home sales levels in La Crosse county.  That’s according to the latest numbers from the Wisconsin Realtors Association which counts higher home sales for the county in June than in recent months but still off by about three percent from last year.   Home sales for much of the western part of the state increased by double digit percentages over last year.  As a whole, home sales increased in the state by about five percent for the month but are down year-to-date by five percent
