Nelson Ready For Interviews
Although all three proposals that have been opened by the La Crosse School
District deal with rental units for the Roosevelt School building, the building of town homes around the old school have also been put forward. Makes things interesting when finding just one proposal says Superintendent, Randy Nelson.
All three have agreed to the purchase price of $300 thousand with different plans for rentals being included. Nelson says interviews with the three will take place soon though there might not be enough time before the August board meeting to find the buyer.
