Campbell Chief Completes Plea Agreement In Court

Tim Kelemen pleads ‘no contest’ to a misdemeanor, for unlawfully using the internet to harass a Tea Party protester.  Friday’s court hearing continued one that began last week, but had to be recessed when the La Crosse County judge hearing the case recused himself.  Monroe County Judge J-David Rice accepted the diversion agreement, which permits the courts to drop the charge after two years if Kelemen stays out of trouble.  Kelemen also will have to perform community service.
