Twenty-nine-year-old Jason Songer died after a dump truck crashed into his Mustang, and then landed on top of the car.  Both vehicles were on fire for a time.  The collision led to a chain-reaction crash near Exit 2 on French Island.  The Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating.
