Local Government Funding a Likely Request from Lot C Developer
Grand ideas are great for downtown La Crosse. Invariably, however, developers ask for money from local governments to complete their projects. Very likely to happen with, what could be a 68 million dollar development for the county’s parking lot between third and fourth streets.
