Most Of La Crescent Without Power, Xcel Says

More than three thousand people in the La Crescent area have been without electricity since Monday afternoon…

Xcel Energy says the power probably won’t be restored until 9:30 in the morning.  While most of the customers affected by the outage are in La Crescent, Xcel also says the problem affects Dresbach and Hokah.
