Beekeeping on Hold in La Crosse

Bees are on hold for at least a month in La Crosse.  A city council committee has voted to put the brakes on an ordinance that would have allowed beekeeping in the city on the advice of the city clerk who found the ordinance hopelessly flawed and full of mistakes.  Supporters hope to help the global demise of bee colonies by allowing people to keep bees in La Crosse.
