Paddlewheelers Continue To Change Schedule Of La Crosse Visits

Riverboat lovers in La Crosse will have to wait a bit longer, to see two large paddlewheelers docked here at the same time. 

The Queen of the Mississippi and the American Queen both were supposed to arrive at La Crosse yesterday, but only the American Queen was able to get to the city.  That boat has now left, and the Queen of the Mississippi was not able to get here today, either.  Low water levels have caused problems for many cruise boats and barges on the upper Mississippi.  The two paddlewheelers are now scheduled to be in La Crosse on Monday.
