Full County Board Could Move Ahead On Lot C Plan Monday
The favored design for developing La Crosse County’s Lot C goes before the full county board tonight…
The board is being asked to appoint a team to negotiate with Weber Holdings on a contract to build on the courthouse parking lot. Board chair Tara Johnson says the Weber plan comes very close to the proposal that emerged from a special committee that has studied Lot C:
Johnson says Weber’s plan to create 500 new jobs in downtown La Crosse appeals to two county committees that have okayed the project so far.
