Flag Burning Continues In Winona

Winona Second Ward City Councilman Gerry Krage (KER-EGG) has called a meeting

of the police department and community members to deal with the intentional flag burning that’s been going on the past three weeks in that city.

A 13th flag burning was reported in the 300 block of West Fifth Street Saturday morning.
