Winona Fire Bug Caught On Cam
Winona police have a picture of who they think has been burning flags all
over the west side of town. The photo was released at a community meeting last night. Police Chief, Paul Bostrack tells us they won’t stop investigating until the flag burner is behind bars.
17 flags have been lit on fire as of Wednesday.
