Local Jobless Rate Sinks Again

La Crosse metro unemployment seems to be solidly below five percent for now.  Latest numbers from the state show the area dipped to 4.6% unemployment for July, down a couple of points from June.  Among the 12 largest metro areas in the state, La Crosse has the second lowest unemployment rate, behind only Madison.
