Timmy Johnson’s La Crosse Trial Delayed Until March

Timmy Johnson’s trial in La Crosse will wait until next year…

Johnson was just charged on Thursday in Grant County with the murder of a Platteville cab driver.  The victim’s body was found in the trunk of his cab, with Johnson driving, after a police chase in La Crosse County this summer.  Partly because of the preparations for the murder trial, Johnson’s attorney asked for a delay in his La Crosse trial for car theft and other charges.  Instead of going to trial here in October, Johnson will have a two-day trial next March.
