Now That’s A Lot Of Lunches

The La Crosse Salvation Army made sure hundreds of children didn’t go without

a lunch this summer. 14 thousand lunches were made as part of the tenth annual Feed the Kids Program.

And Julie Nelson with the Salvation Army in La Crosse says those sandwiches didn’t get made themselves . They were made by hundreds of volunteers.

Nelson says she also recognizes and thanks the people that donated food to the lunch program.
