Jobs Oulook Seems Like a Positive for Walker
Told you so. Early reaction to news from some that Wisconsin could be leading the nation in hiring by the end of the year. In its latest survey Manpower says one in four Wisconsin businesses have hiring plans for the fourth quarter of this year.
