Burke Talks Bad Decisions In La Crosse
A nearly two-billion dollar revenue shortfall predicted in the next Wisconsin
state budget is being studied closely by both parties. Governor Scott Walker argues that revenues might be lower because the state reduced taxes. But his Democratic opponent, Mary Burke, claims bad spending decisions and a lack of federal funding have led to the shortfall:
