Possible Trolls Under Bridge in La Crosse

A building project going on under the Cameron street bridge in La Crosse has sparked an investigation by police.  Cops say someone has been squirreling stuff out of a dumpster nearby and using the materials to build a fort of sorts under the bridge.  Whoever it is has damaged the bridge and been starting fires in the storm water system under the streets.  The state’s DOT is also investigating.  No suspects at this point.
