The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is ready for Oktoberfest weekend. And
with uncertainties surrounding around fest being only 4 days this year and, Chancellor Joe Gow says one of their campus big guns is staying around for the weekend….just in case.Gow says with problems the past few years during fest with off campus disturbances, Chief Rhode decided to stay around for fest to lend his expertise and time…..just in case.
