Gorman Does Study On Roosevelt School Building
The Roosevelt Elementary building in La Crosse is going through a market
study……a process which should help developer Gorman and Company decide whether to choose senior or family housing for the vacant building and lot. Ted Matkom with Gorman says the area in which the property lies is in a great part of the city.
Matkom hopes to address the school board October 6th with data they have compiled from neighbors and the study and should have a better direction of where they will go with the building in the future.
