Fight Over Voter ID Draws Different Answers In Walker-Burke Debate
To I-D, or not to I-D…
That was the first question asked at the debate between Governor Scott Walker and challenger Mary Burke on Friday. Walker said the state should try to make sure there are no cases of voter fraud in Wisconsin:
Democrat Burke believes the photo I-D requirement would keep hundreds of thousands of people from voting, even if the intent is to eliminate fraud:
The debate came one day after the U-S Supreme Court blocked the Wisconsin law from being used in November.
