Investigators Baffled At Fire Cause In Winona

Winona Fire Department Assistant Chief Jason Theusch says

investigators have been unable to determine the origin of the fire that destroyed the KidSport building in downtown Winona or exactly how the September 4th fire started because of the amount of heat and fire damage.

Theusch said the State Fire Marshal’s office and private investigators are in agreement that the cause is undetermined.
