More Healthy Chips, Less Candy And Pop In Gundersen Vending Machines

Hospital workers in La Crosse are getting more help in staying healthy on the job…

That help can be found in the employee lounges and cafeterias at Gundersen Health System, where most of the vending machine snacks will soon be low on sugar and fat.  And, the prices will be lowered on the healthy snack items in the machines.  Gundersen C-E-O Jeff Thompson says the obesity rate in America has grown rapidly in the last 25 years.
