Man High When Crashing Car
An out of state driver found his way to jail in Monroe County pretty quickly after he crashed his car while high on pot. 34 year old Dustin Bramley of Staunton, Illinois was driving westbound on Wolcott Street when he crossed over the center line and struck a power pole. Bramley continued onwards when he hit a mailbox. After the mailbox demolition, Bramley hit a parked vehicle head-on, which caused that car to crash into another parked car. Cops believed the man was under the influence of marijuana. He admitted to smoking dope earlier, and cops found several grams of marijuana in a bank bag lying outside the driver’s door of Bramley’s car. The bag had the name “Dustin” written on it. Bramley was arrested for OWI, Possession of Marijuana and two other charges.
