Report; Wisconsin One of the Worst in Energy Regulation

Energy regulations may be costing Wisconsinites in a big way.  That’s the evaluation in a recent study of energy regulation of all 50 states by the Pacific Research Institute.  Wisconsin ranks just above New York and California for having the most over-regulated energy environment in the nation.  And that’s bad, says study author, Wayne Winegarden
