School Secured During Search

A brief lockdown at three La Crosse schools today.  Police say, for

security reasons, Central High, Spence elementary and Longfellow middle schools were locked down around 11 o’clock this morning while they searched for a young male in that area.  They say there was never a danger to the schools and the lockdown was done as part of standard operating protocol.
