Leaning Concrete Slab Could Be Fixed Soon At Market Square Ramp

The Market Square parking ramp in La Crosse is barely 15 years old, but some big pieces of the ramp need fixing soon. 

A concrete panel 6 feet high and 27 feet long is leaning outward toward the alley.  And city public works official Bob Haines says smaller panels near the top of the ramp also should be repaired:

Haines says asking the parking board’s permission for emergency repairs could avoid a time-consuming process of getting bids for the project.
