Riverside North Plan on Verge of Approval
It will probably not be the final word on the project, but the La Crosse city council is poised to approve the 125 page master plan for the 65 acre swath of land on the Black River known as Riverside North
Interim city planner Amy Peterson says, while some projects are planned immediately for the former Mobil Oil site, she says significant construction will be a long time coming.
