Pro-Packer Graffiti By Gov. Walker Won’t Make It To Vikings Stadium

Wisconsin’s governor tried to leave his mark on the new Minnesota Vikings stadium last week…but his prank apparently was not appreciated by the football team, or stadium contractors. 

Governor Scott Walker wrote ‘Go Packers’ on a steel beam last week, while campaigning at River Steel in West Salem.  The beam will be installed as part of the roof at the new stadium in Minneapolis.  Walker mentioned his joke at other campaign stops, and it made national news.  The company building the stadium was not amused, and ordered workers to remove Walker’s message from the beam.
