La Crosse Man Will Spend More Time In Prison

A La Crosse man who was sentenced last week for a 2007 murder in Juneau

County had a bit more time slapped on his prison term Wednesday. 32 year old John Tetting Junior was sentenced Friday to 23 years behind bars for a second degree homicide conviction in the death of Tabatha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids. Monroe County Circuit Judge Todd Ziegler handed down a second sentence for gun and drug convictions. 13 years of prison. That gives him a total of 36 years behind bars. Tetting has now been sentenced twice for Nealy’s death. In 2008, he pleaded no contest to the shooting deaths of Nealy and Joshua Alderman of La Crosse. Earlier this year, Tetting was tried on a lesser charge in Nealy’s death, and was convicted.
