Neighborhoods Want La Crosse To Follow 1990’s Plan Instead Of Corridor
Government planners are still saying that La Crosse may need a new highway in the future…and neighbors still say, they don’t want new roads.
A state commission meeting next week could decide whether a north-south corridor plan for La Crosse will remain on the drawing board. Highway opponent Charlie Weeth of Livable Neighborhoods says a different plan from the 1990’s should be revisited:
