Winona State Student Athlete Found Dead In Restaurant Dumbwaiter

The university says 21-year-old Brooke Baures of Cameron, Wisconsin was the employee whose body was discovered in a dumbwaiter at the WingDam Bar and Saloon.  Police were called to the bar last night after the young woman’s body was found.  Investigators do not suspect any criminal activity.  Baures had won several honors in three years on the Winona State gymnastics team.
