Boys And Girls Club Anticipates A Move

Last week, we told you about efforts by the West Salem Boys and Girls Club to

move into that town’s middle school building. The club also has plans for its facilities in La Crosse for the next few months.  Increasing demand has led the club to move programs for very young kids into the new north-side elementary school:

Boys and Girls Club director Mike Desmond hopes to expand the Terry Erickson Club on Clinton Street soon, to ease crowding there.  And changes could be made at the Mathy Center, so more activities can be offered to teenagers there.
