La Crosse County Health Hopes for Universal Alcohol Compliance

Can all stores and bars in La Crosse county keep from selling booze to underagers in 2015?  That’s the hope from La Crosse county health educator, Al Bliss.  He’s shooting for 100% compliance rate for underage sales this year.  Which, he admits, is optimistic

The county is in the third of a four year federal grant to help local law enforcement pay for compliance checks at stores, bars and restaurants.  Bliss says those checks are key to keeping underagers from using and abusing alcohol.
