Busted At Governor’s Ball

A guy from Madison claims he was ‘having fun and dirty dancing’ with an

Onalaska woman at Governor Walker’s inaugural ball on Monday night. But the woman didn’t think it was fun.  She tells police that Robert Westman touched her without consent, and repeatedly tried to kiss her.  The woman told a friend of hers, also from Onalaska, and he allegedly was head-butted in the face by Westman when trying to intervene.  He then punched Westman in return.  Westman is now charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, and battery.  He admitted to police that he had been drinking at the ball.
