Man Arrested At Governor’s Ball After Touching Onalaska Woman And Head-Butting Man

A couple of Onalaska residents attending Governor Walker’s inaugural ball this week had some trouble with another person attending the ball…

According to Madison police, an Onalaska woman said a guy at the party had been bothering her, touching her and repeatedly trying to kiss her.  An Onalaska man tried to get Robert Westman to leave the woman alone…and Westman allegedly head-butted that man in the face.  Then he punched Westman, who was taken away by the cops.  Westman claimed he and the woman were having a good time, and that she consented to being touched.  Witnesses don’t agree with that story.
