Rasch Has Eyes On Budget Plan
Governor Scott Walker discussed a few of his plans listed in the 2015-17
State Budget Proposal last week. One of them being the Workforce Readiness Initiative, which is designed to help people get jobs in high demand fields. Western Technical College President, Lee Rasch says everything runs on money though.
The initiative includes a technical college tuition freeze, and funding for career planning.
