Driver Asleep at the Wheel

More than a few drunk driving arrests La Crosse police are counting up after this weekend.  Including the guy busted for his first OWI while he was sleeping in his running car pulled over to the side of Avon street on the northside just after bartime on Saturday morning.  Apparently, he just drove up onto the curb and fell asleep there.  The 46 year-old told cops he just had a beer or two.  But his breathalyzer was twice the legal limit for driving.
