Health Exchange Enrollments On Rise
The Obama administration and its partners are shifting into high gear in the
last three weeks of the health care exchange enrollment period. More young people are coming out now to get signed up. We asked Wanda Palmer at Workforce Connections if she’s seeing the youth movement as well locally.
For the past few months, the estimates of the reduction in the uninsured people in the U.S. has ranged from as low as 8-9 million to as high as 10-11 million, depending on the survey source. Palmer says they will keep helping people sign up in western Wisconsin all the way to the February 15th deadline.
