Alleged Slasher Busted
It seems that the man who threatened to do some ‘slashing’ at an area
box store hasn’t harmed anybody. Juan Guerra-Lopez was arrested last night in Jackson County, and was sent to the Monroe County jail, where he can get mental health services. Black River Falls police chief Pat LaBarbera says officers had a justified concern about Guerra-Lopez, after La Crosse County became aware of comments that he wanted to do ‘slashing’ at a Wal-Mart. He cooperated with officers who found him at a Black River motel.
