Property Tax Fixes………..Shillings Listening

Critics of Governor Walker’s budget proposal have been pointing out that his

planned property tax cuts don’t add up to much. Only about 10 dollars in cuts over two years on the average tax bill.  La Crosse Democratic Senator Jennifer Shilling doesn’t like that plan…and the effect that the budget could have on public school spending:

Shilling tells the La Crosse County Board that Walker seems to be offering minimal property tax relief, mainly so he can check that off a list of issues appealing to conservative voters in the presidential election.
