Tomah Chief Of Staff Goes After Whistle Blower
The Tomah VA painkiller situation has taken on a whole new level today.
The now removed chief of staff is threatening to sue a whistle blower in the case. David Houlihan’s attorney is demanding that whistle blower Ryan Honl retract at least seven public statements, calling them false and defamatory. Former Tomah employee Ryan Honl received a letter from Houlihan’s lawyer which read, “I am told you have invited me to sue you on your Facebook page … You will likely get your wish.” Among other things, Honl accused Houlihan of being involved in the death of a Marine at Tomah from what was called mixed drug toxicity. State and federal investigations at the center are now ongoing.
