Wisconsin? That strange crime story has risen from the dead, so to speak, to become an issue in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race. The campaign of Judge James Daley is using the Grant County case to criticize incumbent Justice Ann Walsh Bradley for writing a dissent that is being portrayed as the wrong decision, and too liberal. Three men had been charged with sexual assault for wanting to have sex with the body of a woman who had just died in an accident. The men did not go through with their plan.
